Login to your account, enter shipment details, then hit send, and the right captain will arrive at your door steps to deliver the package to your customer. Alternatively, you can use our APIs to create and track shipments automatically, and without any manual intervention

Or you can do it yourself

Instead of using our network of captains, create your own fleet and add captains to
your account. An sms will be sent to your team which will explain to them how to
download the LastMile APP and start delivering right away

You can deliver for others too

If you create your own fleet, you will be able to deliver for other merchants
in LastMiles too. Enable Shared Delivery from your dashboard in order to earn a
commission for every successful delivery made by your team

Become a Captain

1- Driver License

Make sure that you have a valid driver
license with a validation period of at least 3 months

2- Vehicle Information

You have to provide your ehicle information and a car insurance that is valid for 3
months

3- Bank Account

Make sure that you have an active and valid
bank account to receive your weekly
earnings

Door-to-Door Delivery

This service allows you to deliver any package from point A to Point B, where both points are located in the same city. You can deliver packages through your own fleet or using our network of freelancers

Smart Lockers

This service enables you to deposit packages into our smart lockers and it will send pickup instructions to your customers to pick them at thier own convenience. You can either depoit the packages by yourself or using one of our captains

ID Verification

This service offers you many options to verify the identity of your customers before handing packages to them. For example, you can use OTPs, fingerprint scanning, barcode scanning, checklists or proofs of delivery

Payment Collection

This servies gives you the abiliy to collect cash upon delivery. You can instruct the captain to collect hard-cash, use a POS to swipe the customer’s credit cards, or send a link to the customer to pay online. The money collected will deposited autmatically into your bank account

Tracking & Monitoring

This service empowers you to track captains on the map, build your own workflow, customize SLAs and define metrics that are used to calcualte commissions. For example, you can pay captains a specific commission if they deliver within a specific deadline and another commission if they don’t

Reconciliation

This free-of-charge service will automatically calculate your cash collections and commissions earned from delivering to other merchants. Use this service to understand and withdraw your profits. In addistion, this service will calculate the commissions you have paid to captains as well as cost of consuming services
